The second round of the Danish indoor championship was hosted by the club FOM in Fakse Sunday the 30/11. We were driving with Fastest Time Qualifying system. 28 drivers were present in the classes: Modified and Super-stock (19 turns)

Practice started Saturday morning, and we had to drive on brand new carpets, so there was NO traction! In the afternoon as the traction was coming, you could see the top 3 drivers were going to be: Soren Boy Holst, Jonas Kaerup and I. Jonas and I were close to 26 laps, and I sat the fastest lap time of 11.23s.

Soren had had some issues with his setup, so while Soren was working to get dialed in, I was testing a lot of things to get faster. At the end of the practice Jonas managed to drive 26 laps. I was 1 second from 26 laps, while Soren still making adjustments.

Qualification round 1:
For the first round I tried to only use additive on half of the front tires, since the car was a bit loose in the rear end. It was Jonas who got best from start, and I was second with Soren right behind me. My car was easier to drive now, but not so fast. Soren kept getting closer and closer. At the end we finished like this: Jonas (on 26 laps) I was 2 second from 26 laps, and Soren was right behind me by just 3/10ths of a second.

Qualification round 2:
This time Soren tried another tire additive, while I tried another anti roll bar.
Jonas again got the best start, with Soren only a second behind. I was struggling with the car being very nervous, so I was third. Soren´s change had helped him a bit, and his car was better this time. Jonas was under a lot of pressure from Soren in this round, but suddenly Soren made a mistake costing him 2 seconds. So after 5 minutes it was Jonas who finished 1st Soren 2nd (now also at 26 laps) and I was 3rd.

Qualification round 3:
This time I also tried the additive Soren used. And already from the first round I could feel my car was better, very easy to drive. It was a very close race we had; with Jonas on 1st I was 2nd and Soren 3rd. We were very close and my team-mate Soren was getting closer and closer and I felt the pressure and made some small mistakes that Soren could take advantage of to get in front of me. I finished just 1/100th of a second after him. This time I could also drive 26 laps.

First Final:
I got a very good start, and in the first corner I tried to make a pass on Team-mate S?ren, but the door was closed and I had to brake, which resulted in Emil came very close to me, we had a good and close battle, but Emil hit me in the rear end and I flipped on the roof. Emil was fair enough to wait, but it took some time for the marshal to flip my car around, so Christian took advantage of it and he passed both Emil and I.

The marshal flipped me over and I was pushing all I could to reach Christian, but I lost 5 seconds on all the trouble. While I was pushing hard to reach Christian, S?ren also pushed hard to reach Jonas. On the last lap I was just behind Christian, but there was no room for me to pass him, I tried all I could, but there was closed. Jonas won, with Soren on 2nd Christian 3rd and I ended behind Christian within a half second.

Second final:
Again I had a good start but this time I didn´t try to pass Soren. I just stayed behind him, but Sorens car was really good in this heat, so I couldn´t keep up with him, so I drove my own race, while Soren was chasing Jonas, he was only 3 seconds after him. My car was also better in this heat and I made the fastest lap time at that time of 11.42s. I felt my car was under steering, so it was hard to keep it on those times. I ended 3rd after Soren on 2nd and Jonas had secured the overall win.

Third final:
I tried to find some more steering in my car, and Soren tried to remove some Toe-in.
I got very fast up to Soren and put pressure on him. My car had really great steering this time, I was very amazed of my car, because it had so much steering, at the same time Soren had trouble with his car being very nervous. So we had a very close, good and fair battle, which Soren won in the end.
